These are the flowers I made for presentation to Meghan Markle on the first public engagement she and Prince Harry attended in Nottingham.
The posy was made as a petite Lizzie’s bundle on a very cold wintery day.
It included a mixture of purple and white flowers which complemented Ms Markle’s blue overcoat.
It included forget-me-nots because I wanted the day to be remembered.
Eucalyptus for two reasons: Because I’ve seen her with it in the past and because I’m Australian and it’s our national tree.
The posy handle was bound in Nottingham lace as Nottingham is famous for lace.
In the image attached, I think she liked it.
