We are closed standard bank holiday with reduced service between Christmas and new year.

Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions, we may refer to ‘Lizzie’s Bundles’ as ‘we’ or ‘ourselves’ and ‘the customer’ as ‘you’ or ‘yourself’ or ‘your’.

Your Order

1a. The Lizzie’s Bundle is a florist choice bundle of flowers and foliage made with the best available fresh content. At all times we will endeavor to produce a design which is similar to that depicted in our images. We will endeavor to produce designs including the minimum stem count as noted in the colour choice as noted in your order.
1b. Some flowers in your order may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Some flowers may last longer than others.
1c. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a product or flower within a bundle for example with something similar with an equal or higher value.
1d. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible. It is essential that we have daytime contact details for you (the customer) to enable us to do this.
1e. To prevent any delays with your order, please ensure you have provided all the correct details for both yourself and the recipient. Lizzie’s bundles accepts no responsibility for orders delayed /misplaced / or otherwise not received due to incorrect delivery or contact instructions provided.
1f. Some flowers and plants may be harmful to individuals if consumed. Our flower products are for display purposes only.
1g. It is possible to amend your order up to 12 noon the day before your delivery day or by 12 noon on the Friday before Monday deliveries. If you do wish to amend your order , please contact us immediately.

Pricing & Payment

2a. Prices on the Lizzies Bundles website may vary seasonally and we can change these at any time throughout the year.
2b. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.
2c. If it is discovered that any payment by credit card is fraudulent it is Lizzie’s Bundles policy to report to the Police. Any theft or fraud will be followed up and the offenders prosecuted.
2d. Lizzie’s bundles operates a secure third party payment gateway. No payment details are held by Lizzie’s Bundles.


3a. Once your order has been submitted we will make every effort to deliver on your specified date.
3b. We will not be held responsible for failure to deliver in circumstances beyond our control. Eg. Incorrect delivery or contact details, including names, contact numbers, addresses or postcode, given by yourself.
3c. We are also not liable for failure to deliver your order if we cannot gain access to a premises.
3d. Signatures are required for all deliveries. For deliveries to locations where a third party is involved (e.g. a business address, hotel, hospital, shop etc) the signature of any person employed or belonging to that organisation will be accepted as proof of delivery.
3e. An additional charge may occur for re-delivery when a failure to do so is not any fault of our own.
3f. Our normal delivery service operates Monday – Saturday with delivery next or same day wherever possible. Orders placed after cut off will be delivered on the next available delivery date.
3g. We do not deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be deemed as ordered on the next working day.
3h. Orders are delivered during normal working hours, anywhere from 0830 until 1700.


4a. In the event that you are not satisfied with a Lizzie’s Bundle please contact us. Complaints must be made within 5 working days of receipt. Due to the nature of the product any complaints made after this time will not be considered.
4b. Any complaints or aftersales service must be directed through our advertised email address or UK landline. This allows us to deal with any issues in a timely and efficient manner. Social media or other mediums are not used for aftersales and no liability is accepted for enquiries made via these channels.
4d. Standard aftersales is to make an appropriate replacement of flowers. Purchases are made in the acknowledgement of this. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4c. Exchanges for orders not up to standard, we require the products returned back to us in their original condition before any refund or exchange can be made.
4d. Exchanges are subject to correct care of bundles, No liability is accepted for flowers deemed to be deliberately damaged for the purpose of complaint.


Lizzie’s Bundles will endeavor to ensure its order and delivery service operates in an efficient and fault free manner. However if any defects occur in the service we shall not be held responsible for any events, which may occur from this. This does not affect your statutory rights to the quality or description of any of the products.
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions. It is your responsibility (the customer) to access the terms and conditions, including any changes which may have occurred within the time of a previous order placed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a product.
